At Pals Plushies, we want you to love your new cuddly companions, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Plushie
Carefully place the item in its original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
